Meet the Owner — Marisa Martins
Hi! I’m Marisa Martins, owner and founder of OCD Cleaning Services, and a proud single mom of two amazing kids.
​
Before starting this business, I spent years in the corporate world working in media sales, marketing, and advertising. I loved what I did, but the demanding hours made it hard to balance career and motherhood as a single mom. I wanted to find something I was great at, could do on my own terms, and would still allow me to be there for the school plays, soccer games, and bedtime stories.
​
Friends often teased me for constantly cleaning and organizing — saying I had “OCD.” One day, after helping a few friends clean and organize their homes, someone suggested, “Why don’t you start your own business?” And that’s how OCD Cleaning Services was born!​​
